Causes And All Kinds Of Insomnia (Difficulty Sleeping)



Understanding Insomnia. What is insomnia? Insomnia or difficulty in sleeping is a condition when a person is unable to fill his or her sleep needs, either in quality or quantity for a certain period. People affected by insomnia will have difficulty sleeping, or having difficulty maintaining a sleep situation.
The condition of insomnia can happen to anyone-young, old, male and female. But insomnia is more common in adults.

Causes of insomnia in women
